만성 두드러기 자료 - 백신 후 자발적 만성 두드러기 (SCU)

화이자 백신을 맞은 이후 만성 두드러기가 발현한 case를 구글링 하다가 남기고 싶은 내용이 있어 기록한다. 논문 대여섯개를 찾았는데 해결 방법이 항히스타민제밖에 없다.. 왠지 조금 울적하다.

• 두드러기 유발 요인을 특정 할 수없는 경우, 그리고 일주일의 대부분 두드러기가 발현되고 6주 이상 지속되는 경우 자발적 만성 두드러기 (SCU) 라고 부른다. Chronic urticaria is defined as recurrent hives that are present on most days of the week and persist for at least 6 weeks. The term chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) may be used in the absence of an identifiable trigger. 

 

• 저자들은 백신 접종 후 자발성 만성 두드러기 발발 기저에 자가면역 메카니즘을 추측하고 있다. The authors speculate possible autoimmune mechanisms underlying the development of CSU after vaccination. 

 

• 스파이크 단백질은 인체 단백질과 유사한 특성을 가지고 있기 때문에, 그들은 백신안에 mRNA 기술이 이용된 스파이크 단백질이 분자모방을 통해 자가면역 반응을 유발할 수 있다고 가정한다.  They postulated that the spike protein expressed using mRNA technology in the vaccine could trigger an autoimmune response via molecular mimicry because the spike protein has similar properties to human proteins

 

• 또한 화이자 백신의 mRNA 및 나노입자는 Tall-like 수용체를 통해 선천 면역 체계를 자극 할 수 있으며 저자는 이 선천 면역 반응이 자발성 만성 두드러기 발발 또는 재발로 이어지는 자극 인자로 작용 할 수 있다고 가정한다. In addition, mRNA and nanoparticles in the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA vaccine can stimulate the innate immune system via Toll-like receptors, and the authors postulate this innate immune response could also serve as a provoking factor that leads to CSU development or relapse.
